سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

لك الحق في إستبدال السلعه أو إعادتها خلال ثلاثون يوماً من تسلمها و ذلك بشرط :

• أن يكون بها عيب صناعه أو غير مطابقه للمواصفات أو للغرض الذي تم التعاقد عليها من أجله
• في حالة الاسترجاع والاستبدال يشترط ان يكون المنتج بنفس حالته عند البيع ومغلفاً بالغلاف الاصلي.
• تقديم أصل فاتورة البيع.
• تكون طريقة استرداد القيمة بنفس طريقة الدفع.
• من حق العميل استبدال السلعة بأخري بذات القيمة المدونة علي الفاتورة او اكثر مع دفع فرق القيمه.
• تقوم الصابرين سنترباستبدال مطابق للجهاز في حالة العيب في التصنيع وليس عيوب ناتجة عن سوء الاستخدام

  نحرص على تقديم أفضل خدمة شحن لتوصيل طلباتكم في أسرع وقت ممكن، مع الالتزام بالشفافية فيما يخص مواعيد التسليم. إليكم تفاصيل سياسة الشحن:

  مهلة معالجة الطلبات (مهلة الشحن): 

  - الطلبات المُقدَّمة *قبل الساعة 12 ظهرًا* تُعالج وتُشحن في *نفس اليوم. 

  - الطلبات المُقدَّمة *بعد الساعة 12 ظهرًا* تُعالج وتُشحن في *اليوم التالي.
  
  

  *مواعيد التسليم حسب المحافظة:
  1-. *القاهرة الكبرى والجيزة: 

     - التوصيل خلال *يومين عمل* من تأكيد الطلب.

  2-محافظة الإسكندرية:

     - التوصيل خلال *يومين عمل* من تأكيد الطلب
  
  3-محافظات الوجه القبلي (الفيوم، بني سويف، المنيا، أسيوط، سوهاج، قنا، الأقصر):

  التوصيل يوم الجمعة فقط من كل أسبوع

     - يجب تقديم الطلب *قبل الساعة 12 ظهرًا يوم الخميس* للتوصيل الجمعة التالية
  
  ملاحظات هامة:
  المواعيد المذكورة تشمل أيام العمل الرسمية (من الأحد إلى الخميس)، ولا تشمل العطلات الرسمية أو أيام الجمعة والسبت. 

  - قد تزيد مدة التوصيل في المناطق النائية أو القرى حسب الظروف اللوجستية. 

  - في حال وجود تأخير غير متوقع، سنقوم بإبلاغكم فورًا عبر الاتصال المباشر.

  Replacement and Return Policy

  You have the right to replace or return the product within thirty days of receiving it, provided that:

  - It has a manufacturing defect or does not conform to the specifications or the purpose for which it was contracted.
  - In the case of return or replacement, the product must be in the same condition as at the time of sale and packaged in the original packaging.
  - The original sales invoice must be presented.
  - The refund method will be the same as the payment method.
  - The customer has the right to exchange the product for another of the same value as stated on the invoice or more, with payment of the price difference.
  - Sabreen Center will replace the product with an identical one in case of manufacturing defects and not defects resulting from misuse.

  Shipping Policy

  We are keen to provide the best shipping service to deliver your orders as quickly as possible, with transparency regarding delivery times. Here are the details of the shipping policy:

  Order Processing Time (Shipping Time):

  - Orders placed *before 12 PM* are processed and shipped *the same day*.
  - Orders placed *after 12 PM* are processed and shipped *the next day*.

  Delivery Times by Governorate:
  1. Greater Cairo and Giza:
     - Delivery within *two working days* from order confirmation.
  2. Alexandria Governorate:
     - Delivery within *two working days* from order confirmation.
  3. Upper Egypt Governorates (Fayoum, Beni Suef, Minya, Assiut, Sohag, Qena, Luxor):
     - Delivery only on Fridays each week.
     - Orders must be placed *before 12 PM on Thursday* for delivery the following Friday.

  Important Notes:
  - The mentioned times include official working days (Sunday to Thursday) and do not include official holidays or Fridays and Saturdays.
  - Delivery time may increase in remote areas or villages depending on logistical conditions.
